Fire Department Officers and Members

Chief C. R. Vaughan (502)

 

Chief Vaughan has been a member of the Cuba Fire Department since 1995.  Vaughan serves as a member of the Town Council and as the Secretary for the Sumter County Firefigters Association.  Vaughan is also a regional Vice-president for the Alabama Firefighter's Association.

Deputy Chief Charles W. Fisher (503)

Deputy Chief Fisher has been amember of the Cuba Fire Department since 2000.  Fisher also serves as a member of the emergency crew at Rock-Tenn's nearby paper production facility. 

 

Safety Officer David Holder (501)

Safety Officers Holder has been a member of the department since 1998.  Holder served in the federal fire service for 25+ years after leaving the United States Marine Corps.  Holder brings a wealth of knowledge to the Cuba Fire Department and the South Sumter Battalion.

Captain Levin Culpepper (504)

Captain Culpepper has been a member of the department since 1999.  Captain Culpepper served as an EMT for Metro Ambulance before becoming a firefighter with the Cuba Fire Department.  Culpepper words for Peavey Electronics Corporation in Meridian, MS.
